Single Wing's PES team provided the preliminary assessment, community engagement, project material design, and development of the Strategic Implementation Plan, ensuring the CCA’s strategies were effective and innovative. Long-term sustainability and adaptability were prioritized to ensure a CID could respond to evolving community needs. One such initiative is the Street Tree Initiative, where Single Wing developed custom GIS tools to renew its focus on increasing the number of street trees and growth. This comprehensive approach is helping to establish a thriving and resilient Community Improvement District.
